Postage & Packaging
Postage & Package is charged in addition. On orders with multiple items, we will ensure they are pack in the most economical way.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of order.
At Christmas no orders are despatched between the 23rd December and the 5th January 2022.
Our standard returns policy for items bought is 20 days. In the case of sale items, which you have 14 days to return.
If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have an issue with the quality of a product purchased from us, the refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.
Christmas returns Policy
To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 4 October and 4 December 2021. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 9 January 2022. For purchases made from 5 December onwards, our normal refund policy applies.
We advise that you obtain proof of postage for any returns.

Where possible you will be asked to return the item to us using one of our free returns options. If it is not possible for you to return the item and if you are eligible for a refund or replacement item, we discuss this at the point of contact.
